What is included

The registration fees includes:
- Access to all Education Sessions and Scientific Sessions in person.
- Access to Poster Session and Exhibition
- Official event documentation
- Certificate of attendance – will be sent by email right after the event
- Catering services
- Do not include: travel, accommodation and the official dinner
Student rates require valid identification.

Cancellation & Modification policy
- Up to 15 days before the event: 100% refund of the registration fee.
- Between 15 and 7 days before the event: No refunds will be issued, but attendee name changes will be allowed.
- From 7 days before the event onwards: No cancellations or modifications will be accepted.
Administrative fee of €50 applies to all cancellations. Substitutions permitted at any time without penalty.
Procedure
- Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted by email to the following address congresos@tacticsmd.net including: – Full name of the registrant – Email address associated with the registration – Reason for the request
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for registration.
- Refunds will be issued one month after the event has taken place.
- No refunds will be given for non-attendance.

By completing the registration process, the participant declares having read and accepted this cancellation and modification policy.
