We invite researchers and clinicians to submit their work for the 15th International Symposium on Minimal Residual Cancer (ISMRC 2027), taking place in Palma de Mallorca, 12–14 May 2027.

ISMRC is a leading global forum on liquid biopsy and minimal residual disease, bringing together experts from around the world to share the latest scientific and clinical advances.

We welcome abstracts on all areas of liquid biopsy, including:

ctDNA, CTCs, EVs and emerging biomarkers
MRD detection and implementation
Cancer evolution and tumor dynamics
MCED and early detection strategies
Liquid biopsy in clinical trials and treatment decisionmaking
Immunooncology and multimodal data integration

Selected abstracts will be presented as oral communications or posters, with outstanding contributions eligible for the ISMRC Young Investigator Awards.
